As a queer, neurospicy, survivor of trauma living with chronic pain, I bring a deep understanding and empathy to our work. I integrate EMDR, creative arts techniques, and mindfulness practices as powerful tools for trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming agency.
