As a queer, neurospicy, survivor of trauma living with chronic pain, I bring a deep understanding and empathy to our work. I integrate EMDR, creative arts techniques, and mindfulness practices as powerful tools for trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and reclaiming agency.

Often, childhood trauma (big or small) shows up in our adult relationships as: cycles of familiar and frustrating relationship patterns; dating and relationship anxiety; perfectionistic and anxious thoughts and compulsions; co-dependency with family, friends, and partners; and a general sense of dissatisfaction with the way life looks and feels.
